Terms of Use

Lease: The lease is understood as stipulated between the property and the customer.

Reservation: Booking requests can be made on our website, by e-mail at info@resortgolfoparadiso.com, and by phone at +39/3393939096. For all reservations, we require payment of 30% of the amount within 4 working days from the booking date by bank transfer and 70% of the amount on arrival.

Confirmation of the reservation: When we receive 30% of the amount, we will send a confirmation email with a summary of the booking details, directions to reach the structure and our contacts.

Rates: All prices shown are VAT included. The mandatory final cleaning fee is € 20 to be paid at check-out.

Cancellation policy: The customer pays the total amount of the stay if he cancels at any time after booking. The property reserves the right to have sole and absolute discretion in all cancellation amounts and disputes.

Arrival and Departure times: Check-in is from 14:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 1:00pm on the day of departure.

Registration: Upon arrival, the customer is required to present an identity document to the Property, for the registration of attendance as required by law. The customer undertakes to follow the instructions received during check-in.

Security Deposit: We require a security deposit to be paid upon arrival of € 200 for any damage to the apartment or villa, to the furniture, to the equipment caused by the client during the stay. This deposit will be returned to the customer within 3 working days from the date of check-out upon verification by the property of any damage to the structure.

Guests: The number of people allowed in the rented apartment or villa must not exceed the maximum number of people booked. Subletting of the rented apartment or villa is not permitted. If the customer does not respect any of the points contained in this section, the property will ask the customer for compensation or to leave the apartment or villa immediately. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment or villa people whose passport or valid identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the property. The property is not responsible for the loss of cash, documents, or valuables left in the apartment or in the villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The apartments or villas are delivered clean and in perfect order.

Additional cleaning: Additional cleaning services can be made and paid separately, as long as the request is made in advance to allow the organization.

Behavior: The person who signs the booking is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the guests who will use the apartment or the villa. Should one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, the property will ask you to leave the rented apartment or villa immediately.

Responsibility: Each apartment and each villa has been visited and controlled by the Property. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In case of problems, the customer is asked to immediately contact the Property or his representative. The customer agrees to give the property the time necessary to resolve the issue.

General Notes: Knowledge of the General Conditions implies their acceptance without reservations or exceptions. If some conditions of this contract were or will become invalid or if in this contract a gap should occur, the validity of the remaining conditions cannot be called into question.
