Rules

Check-in: The check-in time is from 14:00, but we can accommodate later Check In. We will provide all the instructions in time to arrive at the property and collect the keys. We try to offer our guests the best possible experience.

Check-out: Checkout time is at 12:00 pm

Lost keys or damage to locks: The cost of replacing lost keys or repairing damaged locks will be charged to the customer and immediate payment of € 50.00 for lost keys and € 100.00 for the lock replacement.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or villa.

Refunds: There will be no refunds for early departures or breakdowns of equipment of any type and nature, if such failures are due to weather conditions and / or other conditions over which the property has no control.

Valuable objects and safety and conservation: The property is not responsible for items lost and / or stolen. Please keep the house safe and close doors and windows when leaving the apartment or villa.

Toilette: No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, may be flushed down the toilet. In the event of an obstructed toilet, the restoration will be charged to the guest.

Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean it after using it, do not leave garbage and leave everything clean, including utensils and crockery, before departure.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool is at your disposal in the established hours. Guests can use the pool at their own risk. Children near the pool are not allowed without adult supervision. Always keep the pool area tidy and clean. Respect the guests of the apartments near the pool avoiding uproar or loud noises.

Your responsibilities: We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss to our property, caused by your actions or omissions, default, accident or negligence. By booking with us you agree to indemnify and reimburse the ownership of the amount reasonably necessary to repair or replace the damaged or broken goods due to you. Normal wear is excluded. Please, after 22:00 please respect the rest of others. We ask you to respect the guests of the other apartments and in particular to keep the common areas clean and not to produce loud noises.

Environmental Policy: The property is dedicated to protecting the environment and protecting our planet's resources. We therefore ask our guests to help us:

• Always turn off lights when not in use;
• Make sure the taps are closed after use and avoid unnecessary water waste;
• Avoid unnecessary use of towels;
• Promote the separate collection of waste, for example by dividing paper, plastic, metal and glass;
